We raise mostly Buff Orpington chickens, who lay excellent brown eggs. They live out on pasture during the summer, eating grass, insects and a supplement of grain. In the winter they have a smaller yard, but still plenty of access to fresh air and outside time. Farm fresh eggs are available at the farm for $4 per dozen, or at Dover Natural Foods on Chestnut Street.
