Ingredients
-1 qt. fresh strawberries
-8 oz. sweet or semi-sweet chocolate
-1/2 cup. heavy cream
-1 tsp. vanilla

Directions
-In top of double-boiler, melt the chocolate, stirring constantly.
-Stir in whipped cream and vanilla. Remove from heat.
-Cool. Dip strawberries to coat and arrange on serving dish.
